Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located in Seville’s historic Old Town, just a short walk from major attractions like Plaza de España and the Alcázar. Conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and local amenities. The bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly — a must-have in Seville’s warm climate. Secure parking is available directly beneath the apartment.

A great base to explore Seville.
Aspectos positivos: I stayed in the flat for five nights with my dad. Location was quiet in the evening and safe. Around 15 min walk to the centre and 15 min walk to the train station . The flat had everything we needed to cook. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. I also worked for a day before my dad’s arrival and the wifi was fast and reliable. The lady who checked me in was very responsive and nice. I recommend this flat to all visitors in Seville.

Aspectos positivos: Veronica our host is very helpful and kind to provide all what we need, the location is very good near the city center around 15min away, also 5 min away there is lot of restaurants a places. Quite neighbour with available parking which is difficult to find due to small streets.
Aspectos negativos: Make sure you dont have a big car (we had a nissan quashqai) as the streets are narrow all over the city center and parking small

Aspectos positivos: The host was very accommodating and supportive. It was very easy to communicate and organize our arrival. The apartment was clean and mostly comfortable.
Aspectos negativos: The pillows were uncomfortable, and although the place was clean, they forgot to remove the previous guests' towels from the bathroom. I was also caught by surprise by a 60 euro cleaning fee, which was not explicit in the description. Honestly, to me, this made the cost-value not so good.

Aspectos positivos: Zona centrala. Magazine de toate categoriile in zona. Apartament curat, cochet. Mobilat minimal. Utilat cu strictul necesar pentru traiul de zi cu zi. Proprietarul este foarte amabil. Ne-a punctat pe harta cea ce putem vedea in zona si in tot orasul. Apartamentul este la 20 min de mers pe jos pana in centrul orasului, zona este foarte frumoasa se numeste Macarena
Aspectos negativos: Mi-a placut totul dar daca este sa scriu ceva negativ ar fi: Nu sunt explicatii in limba engleza pentru turisti. Nu stii unde sau cand sa duci gunoiul. Nu sunt locuri de fumat.

Aspectos positivos: O apartamento é muito confortável, tem ar condicionado centra, wi-fi, estava limpo e bem organizado. A Verônica (anfitriã) nos auxiliou desde antes da nossa chegada nos enviando a localização, ajudou com a numeração do ônibus que passava perto do bairro. O google maps dá uma confundida no endereço, mas uma vez que você aprende a encontrar o caminho fica bem fácil se localizar. O bairro fica a 20min a pé de alguns do principais pontos turísticos como a Catedral de Sevilla, Alcazár Real e acho que a caminhada proporcina um aproveitamento da cidade, uma vez que você pode parar e conhecer restaurantes, lojinhas etc.

Heerlijk verblijf in Sevilla vanuit een goede locatie met alles op loopafstand
Aspectos positivos: Perfecte locatie en prima appartement. Onze host was behulpzaam en informeerde ons perfect over parkeren en tips in de buurt
Aspectos negativos: Keuken was iets beperkt qua uitrusting, maar voldoende voor ons
