Un apartamento muy bien situado y muy bien equipado.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está muy bien y además está en una zona céntrica, cerca de la Giralda y de los barrios más emblemáticos como el barrio de la Alfalfa. Estaba todo muy bien equipado con utensilios, jabones etc. Muy completo. El día que llegamos llovió y agradecimos encontrarnos con un paraguas. Si volvemos a Sevilla repetiremos el mismo apartamento sin dudarlo.

Aspectos negativos: El olor a humedad que había en el portal, pero una vez dentro del apartamento desaparecía el olor. La ducha estaba atascada y se inundaba con facilidad. Faltaba una almohada en la cama supletoria

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, ideal para ir a cualquier sitio andando, los puntos más importantes están al lado.

Aspectos negativos: Huele un poco a cloaca, yo le pondría un ambientador debido a la dificultad para ventilar

Aspectos positivos: El departamento es muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Rafael muy atento y amable. La ubicación es perfecta

Aspectos negativos: Quizás le falta un poco de luz ya que tiene unas paredes de vidrio pero dan a un espacio interno. De todas maneras no alcanza eso para bajar ni medio punto a lo lindo que es el departamento.

A lovely apartment and fantastic location!

Aspectos positivos: Brilliant location and lovely modern interiors. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and fresh smelling. I arrived and everything was as directed with a smooth check in process. I arrived before check in time but there is a luggage drop 1 min walk away and plenty of cafes and restaurants on the street outside for a coffee. I also visited alone and felt very safe coming and going.

Aspectos negativos: I went in march and it was a little cold inside the apartment. Despite being warm outside. Pack some warm clothing/pyjamas to wear for bed.

Aspectos positivos: Everything is thought after. All the hygiene products you need, everything and more available in the kitchen,pots,pans, cuttlery, all the basics from Ikea etc. Felt like at home. All appliances in good order, washer -drier worked well. plenty of coffee and tea. Spacious apartment, liked the amenities, furniture etc. Highly recommended. Good location.

Aspectos negativos: Shower clogs up and very thin ceiling,could hear people living upstairs like they are in your room, noisy upstairs.

Aspectos positivos: We can't say enough good things about this property. So clean and tidy. Absolutely beautiful. Great value for money too. Will definitely book if in Seville again. All the mod cons and Miguel was more than helpful. .

Aspectos negativos: It wasn't as close to the centre of seville as I thought it would be but that's my own fault. Plus everything was walking distance or a ten fifteen minute taxi or a bus.

Aspectos positivos: Uitstekende locatie, mooi appartement, alles erop en eraan. Enige minpunt gehorig, de bovenburen zijn heel goed te horen bij hun dagelijkse bezigheden. En een minpuntje was een eenpersoons dekbed in een tweepersoons hoeslaken.

Aspectos positivos: Het appartement bevindt zich in een rustig steegje in Santa Cruz. We werden verwelkomd door Miguel die ons ook allerlei tips over de buurt gaf. Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, sauber, zentrale Lage, freundliches und flexibles Personal, ruhig, gemütlich

Aspectos negativos: Unangenehmer Geruch, wenn man die Türen zum Garten öffnet, nachts kalt im Winter
