Estancia muy recomendable

Aspectos positivos: Confortable, las habitaciones cómodas, muy silencioso y bien situado, metro y parada de autobús en la puerta. Se agradece los detalles del café y té. Buena disponibilidad para hacer el check in, nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora señalada.

Aspectos negativos: El sofá es pequeño para 4 personas, estaría bien tener algún sillón o silla cómoda extra.

Ideal para familias

Aspectos positivos: Nos impresionó la limpieza y el buen estado del piso, las instrucciones fueron fáciles de seguir y además el anfitrión estaba pendiente para resolver cualquier duda. Nos encantaría repetir.

Aspectos negativos: Todo perfecto.

Aspectos positivos: Tiene climatización en cada habitación es perfecto, todo reformado y nuevo. La cocina con todo, incluso lavavajillas, lavadora. Decoración bonita. En la puerta de la calle, estación de metro y muchas lineas de autobuses. Muy bien todo.

Aspectos negativos: Que estaban de obras en el piso de abajo.

Convenient flat

Aspectos positivos: It was affordable for a family of 5, bus stops near the house that takes 10m to the old town. The flat is well equipped, everything is new (its an old flat that has been renewed, you can see cracks on the wall, but its only esthetics). Lidl is around the corner which is very convenient and local tapas bar down below that are way cheaper than the touristy old town.

Aspectos negativos: The noise from neighbours is quite loud. The walls are as thin as plasterboards, and you will hear everything in the evenings, from loud TV , loud music, walking, sneesing, and talking quite loud. If you have young children it will be very disturbing. For adults, you will need earplugs, or go late to bed. (They stop after midnight on the weekends, earlier during the week). Pictures look better online than in real life.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is nice and convenient for a family, it has a good size. The subway station is just down the appartement, just 3 stations to the city center, it is very useful, we use it everyday.

Aspectos negativos: Maybe the kitchen could be a bit more furnished, also olive oil was missing

La libertà di muoversi per la città

Aspectos positivos: Posizione eccezionale a 20 m dalla metro e fermata autobus per il centro ( raggiungibile cmq a piedi con una passeggiata di 20m) e su una via fornita di bar, supermercati e negozi. Appartamento comodo con tre camere da letto, essenziale ma funzionale.
