Un apartamento para disfrutar de la terraza
Aspectos positivos: Las terrazas de este apartamento son simplemente espectaculares. Hay 3 en total. Cenar en ellas es una maravilla. Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen su propio banyo.
Aspectos negativos: La vajilla y la cocina desentona con el resto del apartamento. Pero es un simple detalle.

Aspectos positivos: location was great. terraces wonderful and views. had everything we needed and more. beds comfy.
Aspectos negativos: Awkward for getting luggage in as no car access outside, just up the road! Not a criticism as this is just the way it is, more a comment. living area small for 4 people.

Perfect appartment for a visit to Sevilla.
Aspectos positivos: Location is perfect and the rooftop terras was brilliant to watch the sunset over the city. Bed and bathrooms are spacious and clean, kitchen small but more than sufficient. Highly recommended!

A truly spectacular apartment
Aspectos positivos: We loved the apartment, the location was perfect, it was in a lively quiet apartment complex, very private. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the rooms were beautifully made up, and each double room had an ensuite. The apartment had aircon throughout which was very welcome as the temperature was around 38. The ourdoor space was spectacular, we had a balcony overlooking the church, a shaded lounging terrace with sofa, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the city. If you book this apartment you will not be dissapointed!!
Aspectos negativos: if i had to think of a negative, the top floor bedroom had a funny smell, which may have been the aircon unit, and the hot water was a little discoloured.

Schön, aber nicht espectacular
Aspectos positivos: Sehr ruhige Lage mitten in Sevilla, schöner Apartment komplex mit Aufzug. Gut ausgestattete Küche und alles sehr sauber. Drei Terrassen mit phantastischer Aussicht, gute Kommunikation , bequeme Betten, schöne Einrichtung,WLAN sehr gut
Aspectos negativos: Sehr dünne Bettlaken, war etwas kalt. Im oberen Bad kein Duschvorhang, somit nicht zu benutzen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sollte ausgetauscht werden da völlig unbequem.Die drei Terrassen sind wunderschön, aber leider sehr ungepflegt, hier ist ganz viel Luft nach oben, Möbel teilweise schmutzig, kaputt und verrostet, die große Markise nicht zu öffnen, da vermutlich kaputt, keine gemütlichen Liegen oder auch kaputt , vertrocknete Pflanzen und sehr schmutzige Treppe auf die oberste Terrasse.Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden, dann ist die Wohnung fabelhaft und wir würden wiederkommen.

Aspectos positivos: The apt is in a great location, close enough to all the places to see yet it was very quiet. It was spacious with good layout. It was clean and fresh and homely, with amazing terrance & views.
Aspectos negativos: Need some addition items: blankets, glasses for the kitchen

Aspectos positivos: appartement bien situé et bien équipé, terrasses accessibles depuis une chambre au 1er étage, avec belle vue sur la ville
Aspectos negativos: nous avons dû attendre pour récupérer les clés, étant arrivés un peu en avance. Le changement de draps a été fait à notre arrivée et nous avons fait notre lit. Deux sacs poubelles sont restés dans l'appartement et aucune instruction pour savoir où les déposer.
