Aspectos positivos: Alojamiento súper cómodo, todo en muy buen estado, nuevo, muy bien insonorizado.

Aspectos negativos: Aún estando perfectamente insonorizado, al estar a pie de calle, se siente el ruido nocturno, no en exceso, pero se oye. Y el lavabo es un poco inseguro, parece que se va a desprender de la pared.

Buen apartamento

Aspectos positivos: La decoración, los útiles de la cocina, es espacioso y está situado a una distancia prudencial del centro.

Aspectos negativos: El ruido de la calle, la escasa luz natural, la poca luz en el espejo del baño, la mampara de la ducha (se salía el agua).

Aspectos positivos: Además de limpio y nuevo está en el centro de Sevilla. Genial.

Great apartment

Aspectos positivos: Great property spotlessly clean apart was available ahead of time - early check in meant we could drop our bags and we were walking distance to all the sights the city of Seville has to offer which is exactly what you need for a short city break.

Very nice

Aspectos positivos: I have stayed in with my family in January. The apartment is furnished very beautiful. Everything is new. Location is very good, not far from the sights. There is a kitchen, equipped very well, and the laundry machine and dryer. The bed is comfortable, as well as the sofa.

Aspectos negativos: It is a little bit dark, no day lights available. Its ok for couple of days, and short stays. There is no any toilet cabinets to store your things. The pictures are not updated on Booking. It is a little bit different in reality (but also beautiful).

Aspectos positivos: Newly renovated and very clean apartment, (Nov 2025). The space felt a little closed off due to limited natural light, as this apartment is on the ground floor, but the stay was overall nice. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. We arrived late in the evening after having to leave another accommodation because of mold, and we suddenly had nowhere to stay. MonKeys Apartments were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even with zero notice. They arranged everything quickly.

Aspectos positivos: Pokój nowy, nowocześnie urządzony, bardzo czysty. Blisko starego miasta. Za rogiem sklep, gdzie można zrobić zakupy.

Aspectos negativos: Minus- pokój ciemny, okna są mleczne ,wiec trudno określić czy jest dzień czy noc. Szyby cienkie, wiec słychać każde słowo z ulicy.
