Aspectos positivos: Ubicacion perfecta y apartamento limpio y camas comodas

Aspectos positivos: Pasamos en este alojamiento la nochevieja de 2023, y la verdad el lugar es muy amplio y con una sensación de hogar muy acogedora, enorme para dos personas. La terraza esta muy bien para pasar las ultimas horas del día. La calefacción central funciona perfectamente. Esta a unos minutos del centro y pegado a la Alameda de Hercules por donde pasear también. Muy recomendable y volvería a alojarme allí en nuestro próximo viaje a Sevilla.

Aspectos negativos: El alojamiento esta en un segundo piso por escalera. En la puerta de entrada al alojamiento tenia un pasador que estaba roto. La tele es un poco pequeña.

Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación justo por detrás de la Alameda de Hércules. La terraza es estupenda para las noches de verano, sentarte a compartir con amigos. Cocina muy completa y equipada.

Aspectos negativos: La habitación de la planta de arriba no tiene persianas ni cortinas opacas y es dificilísimo dormir con toda la luz que entra desde que amanece.

Aspectos negativos: Trying to register online with the company to get the electronic key sent to us. A bit of a nightmare when just arriving.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and tidy. Great central location. Large choice of restaurants and bars nearby. .

Aspectos negativos: No basic provisions are provided. Some water in the fridge would have been nice. Luckily, there is a 24-hour supermarket close by.

The perfect private residence to stay in Seville

Aspectos positivos: There is nothing I can fault about this property. I stayed here with my mum when we visited my brother who lives in Seville. It was absolutely perfect and we will definiteky stay here again. From the moment we landed at the airport the host was in touch with with, asking our arrival time so someone could meet us. We arrived before check in and even so we were still given a tour and allowed to leave our bags in the apartment before it was ready. The host was so friendly and showed us how to use all the facilities and answered our questions. The host even checked in with us half way through our stay via watsapp to make sure everything was going well. We felt so at home - even down to the small details of leaving shampoo in the showers and a washing machine pill, dishwasher tablet and clothes / tea towels for the kitchen. I really could not recommend this apartment enough. As I said - we will be coming back every time we come to visit my brother! Our

Aspectos negativos: The only downside was because of location near alameda it was slightly noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper perhaps bring ear plugs. However - it was great being near so many great bars and restaurants that we didn’t mind!

Great Location to explore Seville ... bring your walking shoes!

Aspectos positivos: Lidia, a representative from Valcambre met us at the apartment. She gave us a tour of the apartment, answered any questions we had, and provided a map of the area with some recommendations of sites to see. The personal touch was very much appreciated. We arrived around 1pm, about 2 hours prior to the official check in time ... because the apartment was cleaned, we were able to check in early. The apartment is small but very functional ... well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds with high quality sheets. The private rooftop deck was a bonus ... a great place to enjoy a glass of wine.

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist wunderbar. Für die, die mit Kind reisen ist es ein Volltreffer, weil gleich um die Ecke ein Spielplatzud Fussgängerzone gibt's. Allgemein sehr kinderfreundlich. Lieder gibt es keinen Aufzug, aber 2 Stöcke schafft man auch zu Fuß. Nur Kinderwagen mussten wir immer rauf und runter tragen was eher unangenehm war. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung hell, warm und gemütlich (es war Februar, daher die Wärme in der Wohnung wichtig)

Aspectos negativos: Sehr oft Stromausfall.

Für uns perfekt. Wir können das Appartement weiterempfehlen.

Aspectos positivos: Wir wurden nett empfangen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist gut, das Appartement ist schön und die Dachterrasse ist super!

Aspectos negativos: Die Nähe zu den Bars lässt auch den entsprechenden Lärm nicht fehlen. Uns hat‘s nicht gestört, aber nichts für empfindliche Menschen.
