Overall, considering its location, cooking facilities, washing machine, and balcony, it can still be a good option.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made our stay comfortable. The location is excellent, close to many of the city’s main attractions.
Aspectos negativos: The studio itself (excluding the staircase and balcony) is less than 30 square meters, which makes it quite compact. Unfortunately, the building does not have an elevator, and climbing a narrow staircase with 47 steps was not easy at all—especially with luggage. Another issue is that I had previously read in the comments that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and that water was leaking out from under the shower door. It had been mentioned that these problems were resolved, but unfortunately, both issues are still present and have not been fixed.

Aspectos positivos: Apartmet has excellent location and great big terrace with a city view. Kitchen is equipped with essentials and for all coffee lovers, like me, there is a coffee machine. Bed is a good size and very comfortable and bathroom has nice big shower. If you even need to wash laundery you will find a washing machine. Bad weather can't ruin your trip or enjoying the apartmant and terrace because there is folding shade for terrace. Really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely modern, very clean apartment
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is perfect, looks exactly like on the photos. I was hesitant to book it, as it looks like it is only recently on booking.com and there were only a couple of reviews, but decided to try my luck, and was not disappointed. The interior is modern, everything is brand new, perfectly clean. There is a capsule coffee maker with capsules provided, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, tea. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is great too, spotless, convenient spacy shower. Fantastic huge terasse, in warm weather it is an extra bonus. Communication with the owner is done via Whatsapp, and it was really efficient. We were given instructions how to enter the apartment (using a code), was very easy. Absolutely recommended, it is one of the best apartments i have ever stayed in.

Aspectos positivos: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: 25 min do najdalej położonych miejsc do zwiedzenia. Bliskosc sklepów czy super knajpki z Hiszpańskim klimatem (Rosa san de Gil) gdzie można zjeść tanio i smacznie. Super miejsce wypadowe dla pary. No i taras ze świetnym widokiem, na ktorym można wypić poranna czy wieczorna kawę 🙂
Aspectos negativos: Czajnik bezprzewodowy nie działal i czasami dało sie czuć niefajny zapach z rur (mysle, ze odświeżacz zrobiłby robote). Jednak te drobne uchylenia mają sie nijak do ogólnej, dobrej oceny 🙂

Appartamento arredato con gusto, piccolino ma funzionale e completo di tutto. Ottima posizione.
Aspectos positivos: Mi è piaciuta la posizione (in centro ma allo stesso tempo fuori dalla zona più affollata), il fatto che fosse arredato con gusto e abbastanza funzionale e il fatto che nella cucina ci fosse tutto il necessario per preparare qualcosa e gli utensili fossero nuovi. Molto semplice il check in (arriva un codice che apre le due porte), per cui l'orario di arrivo non è un problema.
Aspectos negativos: Segnalo che il vetro della doccia non chiude bene e che se non si fa attenzione si allaga il bagno, andrebbe aggiustata.
