Great place to stay if you don’t mind climbing a lot of stairs.

Aspectos positivos: Very light, comfortable, and well appointed. Very good area. Hot water and shower worked really well. The company managing the property are very good communicators.

Aspectos negativos: 6 flights of stairs, 54 in total to access the apartment.

Little gem

Aspectos positivos: The incredible penthouse was lovely staff very attentive and looked after any issue we had, the air-conditioning had broken but they provided a portable unit to help keep the apartment cool. The roof top terrace was a added bonus and in the future I can imagine will be amazing this is definitely going to be a property that can only get better. The location is amazing you are only a short walk away from the sail and river and the cathedral is only a nice 20 min stroll so all in all this is a very well situated and looked after property highly recommended

Aspectos negativos: To be honest the only down side was the air conditioning playing up as even in September serville is very hot

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was in a great location and had its own private rooftop terrace which we could use. They let us drop our bags off early as well. Would very happily stay again. Thank you.

Nous avons mis du temps à chercher un appartement sur Booking.com mais celui la est juste parfait pour passer un séjour

Aspectos positivos: Appartement très propre, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût.Le kit d acceuil avec éponge,lavette, liquide vaisselle très appréciable ainsi que le kit de produits d hygiène. Nous avons adoré la terrasse sur le toit qui surplombe la ville c est très agréable le soir. L appartement est très bien situé nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites à pied. Il est très proche des restaurants, bars, magasins. Localisation au top. La personne qui nous a accueilli a été très agréable et disponible et réactif répondant à chaque fois à nos questions. Merci à lui.

Aspectos negativos: Attention pas d ascenseur.
