Aspectos positivos: Me ha gustado todo en general. Muy limpio y ordenado y buena decoracion. La cama comoda con un espacio paramla tele y sofa apartado del dormitorio.

Aspectos negativos: No tengo ninguna queja

Aspectos positivos: La zona, muy cerca de la Alameda, un lugar con mucho ambiente a todas horas, ideal para tomar algo, comer y disfrutar del ambiente.

Aspectos negativos: No hay aparcamientos cercanos, no hay plazas de garajes en los edificios, por lo que todo el mundo que reside tiene que dejar su coche aparcado en la calle, por lo tanto no hay apenas sitios donde dejar el coche estacionado, estuvimos mucho tiempo intentando aparcar y tuvimos que dejar el coche bastante lejos del apartamento. Es algo a tener en cuenta si vas a llegar en coche a la ciudad, que es una zona bastante céntrica y como en casi todas las ciudades va a ser difícil aparcar.

Wonderful stay in Seville

Aspectos positivos: Everything was wonderful brand new spotlessly clean upstairs office and half a bath rooftop terrace with outdoor shower

Aspectos negativos: internet was a bit slow

Aspectos positivos: Very well appointed, just as in the photos. Great comms from the host. The location is fantastic, only 10 min walk to Las Setas. But Feria is also a great neighbourhood to explore, eat and drink.

Aspectos positivos: Great location. The apartment looks amazing from the minute you walk through the street door. The atrium is very unusual and a lovely addition to the property. Our apartment was spotless and the attention to detail is great. We were even treated to little extras like tea, coffee and cleaning bits and bobs. Up the spiral staircase is another area for home working we used it as another dressing area. Roof top with 2 loungers and a set a2 chairs and a table were great for morning coffee.

Aspectos positivos: Great value for money. Spotlessly clean. Lovely fixtures and fittings in a well thought out apartment close to lots of bars and restaurants. The washing machine was very handy as we had travelled from having a few days in Cadiz before Seville. Excellent air conditioning which was very simple to operate. Powerful shower. Very quiet at all times of the day or night. Seville is a great city to visit. This is a great spot to explore it from
