Aspectos positivos: La ubicación céntrica, la decoración e iluminación del apartamento. La flexibilidad en el check-in y check-out. La predisposición.

Aspectos negativos: Desde que llegamos había muy feo olor a cloaca en el asea de la habitación en suite, si bien la administración antes mi reclamo me propuso enviar alguien para verificar este asunto, estando de vacaciones sólo 5 días no quise perder tiempo en ello. Pero me parece que es algo que debería estar resuelto antes de la llegada de los huéspedes, ya que es mantenimiento cotidiano.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es una maravilla, limpísimo, bonito, equipado con todo. Genial que tenga 2 baños y 2 camas de matrimonio, ideal para 2 parejas.

Aspectos negativos: Está en una zona muy movida y se escucha mucho ruido por las noches.

Cómodo y bien equipado

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien equipado, y a pesar de que hubo un problema en el edificio la empresa anfitriona siempre estuvo presente para dar la mejor solución.

Aspectos negativos: Un poco lejos del centro. El edificio tuvo un problema con el cableado eléctrico lo que nos tomó gran parte de nuestro tiempo solucionar el problema.

Amazing apartment to spend some days in Seville close to the main things

Aspectos positivos: The location is perfect and the atmosphere of the apartment really makes it feel like home.

Aspectos negativos: It can get noisy during weekends on the street but with ear plugs you’ll sleep well.

Aspectos positivos: The location was the best! Beautiful neighborhood and very easy to access the center of Seville just by walking for a few minutes! Cozy and comfortable!

Very enjoyable and would certainly stay here again if in Sevilla.

Aspectos positivos: The location of this property is excellent..5 mins from the Hop on Hop Off stop and just a few minutes more from the Tourist information Centre. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as a close walk to the Setas de Sevilla. Can be a little noisy at night from passing foot traffic in the street below.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing I could fault, as I have already mentioned was the noise from the street below at night.

Well located, comfortable apartment

Aspectos positivos: Super location, easy to access city centre and attractions. Close to restaurants, small supermarkets. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen facilities and cutlery/crockery comprehensive. 2 bathrooms with showers which had a choice of showerheads. Good lounge and dining area. Full-size fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Aspectos negativos: The sink in the ensuite bathroom wasn't draining adequately and was very smelly. The transparent glass surrounds in the ensuite including the toilet wouldn't be for everyone. We stayed for a week. I would expect to get a change of towels mid week but this was not the case. It is extremely noisy on the streets around the apartment with people emerging from bars/nightclubs in the early hours of the morning, shouting at the tops of their voices. It felt as if they were right under our windows and this resulted in poor sleep on many nights. So being a good location for the city centre has its drawbacks too.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful apartment, comfortable surroundings and great location for the Alhemada square which is full of restaurants & bars. Great aircon, nice linen and comfy beds.

Aspectos negativos: As its very central to the square lots of noise outside throughout the night, but expected due to the fantastic location
