Calidad-precio buena
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es céntrica, cerca de la zona de bares, pero a la vez está en una calle poco transitada y tranquila. Se ve limpio y cuidado.
Aspectos negativos: El sofá cama es algo incómodo y la puerta del baño hace ruido cada vez que la abres y cierras. Debería arreglarse. Por otro lado hay un aviso en el apartamento de que el agua caliente es limitada y que si se acaba tienes que esperar 45 min. No es suficiente para 3 personas. Podría mejorarse o especificarlo en las características del anuncio.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está genial,con todo lo que se necesita,está en una zona muy tranquila y a un paso de todo. También agradecer que nos dejaran entrar antes de tiempo.

Fantástico alojamiento en Sevilla!
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, lo tienes todo a mano, muy cómodo el alojamiento y estuvieron muy pendientes de que no nos faltará nada.
Aspectos negativos: La puerta de salida hacia mucho ruido.

Aspectos positivos: Nos encantó tenía todo lo que necesitábamos alquilamos un lof y un apartamento lo pasamos genial
Aspectos negativos: En el lof Había muchos mosquitos y olía a humedad tenía su humidificador así que nada más llegar lo pusimos y genial El apartamento estaba estupendo Lo único que nos faltaron fue cucharas ajaja pero hay un chino justo al lado y comparamos un paquetito Cuidan los detalles de las toallas , todo estaba limpio y era muy cómodo

excellent, budget friendly place to be your base while visiting Seville
Aspectos positivos: PROS: - excellent location in the heart of Santa Cruz, a minute or two from bars & cafes, yet very quiet - super comfy bed and pillows - everything you would possibly need (hair dryer, iron, washing machine with pads, coffee machine, toster, etc.) - nice and clean - easy access and check in online
Aspectos negativos: CONS: - humidity in the apartment, which even a dehumidifier couldn't handle (all our clothes were slightly permeated with the smell of mold, laundry needed three days to dry, everything in the bathroom was permanently wet). don’t know if it’s because of January or what and we also didn’t mind it very much, since stayed there less than a week, yet I think it’s important to let other people know.

Good place to stay
Aspectos positivos: Really good location, near several bus stops (10-15 minutes, depending on where you are going) and to many touristy places. Clean and comfortable. The facilities worked well
Aspectos negativos: The only thing I didn't like was that the place was full of mosquitos, which was very annoying

Preço- qualidade é ótimo. Um apartamento moderno e completo numa área calma, perto de tudo.
Aspectos positivos: Hosts were always attentive to our requests (provided baby high chair and a cot) and available to help us since day one (always responding to our messages).The location of the flat is very nice and central enough in a very cool and calm area (Feria). The air conditioner works perfectly, the flat is very complete with all amenities (in kitchen, bathroom, laundry machine and iron,etc). TV and Wi-Fi worked very well also. The area is calm and enjoyable to be with a baby, with a lot of restaurants, markets, bakery’s and all type of shops.
Aspectos negativos: In the first day we found a lot of mosquitoes in the room. A lot of them. But we realised it was because of the hear and hot weather. There was a mosquito repellent device in the flat however it was empty. We needed to buy another one and talk with the host. They were always helpful and said they could buy more for us if needed. After that, the mosquitoes decreased a lot. The bathroom was not very cleaned once we arrived. The floor was not tidy…our baby was constantly picking up things from the floor. However, the rest of the flat was clean.

Great location and spacious apartment
Aspectos positivos: Great location, surrounded by bars and places to eat. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Good air con.
Aspectos negativos: Bed was a little small. A little dark without the lights on. Would have appreciated a full length mirror.
