Aspectos positivos: Apartamento genial y todo buenas condiciones y el anfitrión muy atento en todo momento

Estancia muy agradable en una ubicación privilegiada

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Con todo muy cerca, especialmente sitios donde comer a buen precio. Respondieron muy bien por las cosas que no estaban bien (reemplazo de una bombilla fundida, reparación de una persiana dañada) y sin molestarnos en absoluto

Aspectos negativos: Tuvieron un percance con el inquilino anterior y tuve que usar un parking que quedaba lejos del piso, aunque cubrieron los gastos del mismo. (entiendo que no es un problema del apartamento, pero igual genera molestias)

Great position, lovely terrace

Aspectos positivos: Great location, easy to walk to the monumental area in order to visit the city. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants and the area is thriving with night life, but the flat is in a great position so we wouldn't hear any noise at night. The terrace is lovely.

Aspectos negativos: Everything was fine - I guess somebody could say that some pieces of furniture are a bit old but, honestly, if you come to visit the city it doesn't really matter. Considering the price, I definitely recommend this flat!

Confortable apartment with nice location

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in a good location, next to a square where you can find everything, from restaurants, coffees, supermarket. The fact that there is a parking space is a plus, even though it is not on the same building. There are enough apliances, hair dryer, kitchenware and everything we needed, including shower gel. The patio is very pleasant.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is not as new as it looks in the photos, but overall is nice and clean. The bedrooms are not on the same flor, one is upstairs and the other downstairs wich is not very practical for families with young kids.

Good but could have been better

Aspectos positivos: +Very good contact with the host, he was trying to be helpful and kept in touch with us during whole our visit. +Place clean and quiet, very close to restaurants and in the walking distance to all major attractions in Seville.

Aspectos negativos: - Before booking I wanted to make sure internet connection is good enough to work from this place, I confirmed it with the host and he assured me it does, unfortunately it didn't... We struggled even to log in to Teams Meetings which obviously was very annoying, I had to work from my phone hotspot after buying additional data for EU. - Upstairs bed needs to be refurbished, difficult to sleep as it makes noise every time you move on it. - Shower upstairs needs to be fixed, nearly knocked out my eye with the rail above shower when I was taking my towel it needs immediate attention (see the pic). - We were just two, me and my girlfriend which didn't really cause any problems for us but if you think to book it with your friends I wouldn't recommend it, place is missing doors to toilet upstairs and to bedroom downstairs.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Aspectos positivos: Very easy to get into with clear instructions. Very comfortable place with good shower, beds and air con.

Aspectos negativos: Parking was not on the same street which made it difficult as had to gain entry first to get keys for parking lot access.

Seville est une belle ville à connaître, de magnifiques monuments à voir, parcs et jardins.

Aspectos positivos: L appartement est bien situé, à environ 30 minutes à pieds des principaux monuments à voir.. Il y a un parking pour garer la voiture à 5 mn de l appartement ça c est appréciable. Si vous arrivez en voiture vous devez d abord passer à l appartement chercher la clef du parking, attention les ruelles sont étroites pour passer en voiture, des sens interdits et des travaux dans les alentours. Le personnel de l établissement est à l écoute et répond facilement à toutes nos questions.

Aspectos negativos: L accès en voiture n est pas facile car ruelles étroites et travaux.

Appartement central, mais qui nécessite un petit rafraîchissement, permettant de profiter de Séville, avec un réel plus

Aspectos positivos: Emplacement très bien, et le parking est un vrai plus! La terrasse permet de profiter de la belle météo et de l’air. La communication avec le propriétaire est aussi très bonne! La cuisine est bien équipée.

Aspectos negativos: L’appartement était bien nettoyé mais il y avait plusieurs traces de moisissures, de dégâts des eaux, un robinet n’était pas droit, le lit du haut grince beaucoup … dommage…

Gute Lage 🌞

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und in der Nähe von Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Parken genial. Ruhig ausser es ist Fussball angesagt. Schlüsselkonzept 👍 Frühstück über den Dächern von Sevilla 🫶👌

Aspectos negativos: Sauberkeit im Toilettenbereich hat noch Luft nach oben. Einige Bereiche der Amaturen könnten repariert werden.

Siviglia e dintorni

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento molto luminoso, accogliente e silenzioso. Molto ben posizionato, vicino al centro ed al quartiere di Triana. Adatto a due coppie (essendoci due camere con il proprio bagno) o gruppo di amici. Molto carino il terrazzino. Ottima la soluzione del ckeck in autonomia e veloce la comunicazione con la struttura... Grazie per averci permesso di lasciare le valigie in casa prima dell'orario effettivo del ckeck in.

Aspectos negativos: Suggerirei di mettere una tenda oscurante nella camera al piano superiore perché entra veramente troppa luce e di installare una porta che separi il bagno dalla camera anche per i noti problemi di odore scarichi della Spagna.
