Aspectos positivos: Excelente! Localización, diseño, comodidad, tranquilidad! El apartamento es igual que se muestra en las fotos pero vivirlo es aun mas bonito! La anfitriona aunque la conversacion es virtual, es 100% satisfecha desde el momento de entrada hasta despues de salir! Marta nos ha dado respuestas a todas las preguntas y todos y mas consejos para nuestra estancia, y ha acertado👌! Vivir en su apartamento en Juderia es llenarnos de paz y enriquecernos con la belleza del todo que te rodea. Aconsejamos a todos y con suerte, lo repetiremos👍🏻

Aspectos positivos: Lo que mas nos gustó sin ninguna duda es la atención por parte de Marta , la persona que gestiona el apartamento, el trato fue muy amigable, a parte de todo esto , el apartamento es muy comodo y no le faltó ningun detalle por nuestra parte , sinceramente si volvemos a Sevilla y está disponible repetiremos , muchas gracias por todo

We absolutely loved this place!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located on a quiet street, only a 10 minute walk from the main avenue, market, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed peaceful, quiet nights, a super comfortable bed, central heating, and a lovely decorative fireplace that added a cozy touch. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the wooden shutters fully block out the morning light, which made sleeping in a real pleasure. It felt very safe, with an app-based door access system (three secure points: building, entrance, and apartment), plus physical keys available if needed. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, small fridge, and washing machine; perfect for a 7-day stay. There’s even a small rooftop terrace accessible from the second bedroom, which was a lovely bonus. We would come back in a heartbeat. A truly fantastic stay!

Wonderful apartment - a gorgeous little gem!

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely beautiful and interesting accommodation - perfectly appointed - wonderful location, cute roof terrace for sunny breakfast and gorgeous hot shower! Loved the shuttered windows and ability to open the apartment up on all sides for easy airflow and wonderful light. Felt completely at home, safe and super comfortable- we fell in love with this apartment.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing a thing.

Relaxing and luxurious stay in quiet pat of old town

Aspectos positivos: Beautifully renovated old building in a lovely quiet area, with no passing traffic. It is easily walkable to all the Old Town sights and restaurants. Good air conditioning, lovely big shower , heavy shutters make bedrooms nice and dark. I was a bit nervous about using the app to open the doors but actually it worked brilliantly and it was nice not to have to worry about physical keys

Aspectos negativos: There isn’t very effective sound proofing . Luckily all the guests in the other apartments in the building seemed quite considerate but I can image this could be an issue at times.

Aspectos positivos: A beautiful space, all very tastefully decorated and finished- the second room is very small but comfortable. The apartment would ideally suit a couple or a couple with a child

Aspectos negativos: The second bedroom needs an imaginitive touch to squeeze in some sort of bedside table and lighting.

Aspectos positivos: Wonderful location, central for everything Seville has to offer yet tucked away in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has everything that you need for a a great few days stay. Hosts were quick to respond to a couple of queries we had. Bonus to have a private roof terrace for an evening aperativo.

Aspectos negativos: We were only a couple staying, so this did not affect our stay, but to get from the second bedroom to the rest of the apartment (specifically thinking about using the bathroom at night) you need to walk along a glazed corridor that guests using the hallway for other apartments can see in to. I think this areas should have blinds that can be lowered for privacy or the glass be frosted. If there is just a couple this does not affect use of the property at all. Other than this it would be a 10.

We felt very much at home nd would love to come back.

Aspectos positivos: Great location close to the town centre and cathedral. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, immaculate communal areas and we loved the little roof terrace. Very responsive and helpful host.

Aspectos negativos: If you come by car or hire a car, the property is up some very narrow roads and the nearest parking is expensive at €25 a day.

An excellent property with high end finishes. Ideally located in a quiet location in the heart of Sevilla.
