Aspectos positivos: La ubicación perfecta, estaba muy limpio y la comunicación con el propietario fue perfecta, nos aconsejo restaurantes y muy pendiente para todo.

Aspectos positivos: Zona tranquila , cerca del centro histórico y de paradas bus.

Aspectos negativos: La canalización pasa por la habitación y se oyen mucho los desagües de los pisos superiores

Aspectos positivos: Great studio with a lot of amenities which we were impressed with, really comfortable and I definitely would recommend to stay here.

Comfortable apartment in an interesting part of the city

Aspectos positivos: Good size, comfortable bed, hot water, air-conditioning good, kitchen quite well-equipped, fast WiFi, electronic lock so no key needed. The hosts were quick to respond to problems and sent a list of recommended bars and restaurants. It was interesting to explore a less central area of Seville but still be within reasonable walking distance of all parts of the old city.

Aspectos negativos: Lighting rather too bright, a low-lighting option would be good. The Nespresso coffee machine did produce good coffee but it was fiddly to get the pods correctly into the machine (mostly they didn’t drop down to the right position), we did often wish we had a cafetière or filter coffee machine. A microwave oven would be useful, also an ice-tray in the freezer. There were a few maintenance issues; the blind slats were not adjustable on one blind as the control rod was, the digital readout on the hob was missing part of the numerals, the shower fitting is a bit loose on the wall. (We had a flood from the over-flowing washing machine but this was dealt with promptly by the hosts.) As other people have noted, sound-proofing is not good for the plumbing of the building so that sounds of showers etc were often heard, but we didn’t personally find it too disturbing.

Aspectos negativos: Il arrive que ce soit bruyant mais pas de manière continue

Aspectos positivos: A 20 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Piano terra, non troppo buio, una grande finestra affacciata su strada. Molto pulito. Materasso comodo. Coperte e asciugamani ci sono. C'era carta igienica. Bagno senza finestra con ottimo aspiratore. Apprezzato il phon con diffusore. Wi-Fi perfetta. Cucina ben attrezzata. Sono stata cinque notti da sola e c'era tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per stare bene. Comunicazione con l'host senza problemi, mi hanno fatta entrare in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in in quanto l'appartamento era già pronto (grazie!)

Aspectos negativos: Due lampade accanto al letto, un paio di grucce nell'armadio e un cencino in più per la cucina ed è perfetto!
