Lo recomiendo
Aspectos positivos: El departamento es muy espacioso y su equipamiento muy completo. El hecho de poseer cochera es un valor agregado que marca mucho la diferencia. El mantenimiento es impecable y su ubicación muy buena.
Aspectos negativos: Sin deslucir en nada el valor del departamento, no es apto para personas con alguna discapacidad ya que sus comodidades se encuentran distribuidas en diferentes pisos por escalera.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es súper completo, la decoración, sus estancias, la comodidad del parking incluido es un lujo.... todo a nuestro gusto. Y la ubicación perfecta para movernos por el centro.

Aspectos positivos: The house is even better than what you see in the pictures. It is located in an ideal part of Seville in terms of walkability to restaurants/cafes and tourist attractions. We felt safe walking everywhere in this neighbourhood. Definitely a place we would love to stay at again!

Beautiful , large house approx 15 minutes walk to the centre but with lots of restaurants close by.
Aspectos positivos: The property is very spacious being over 3 floors and the kitchen well equipped.
Aspectos negativos: The towels and pilllows were very sparse being just one per person.

The house itself is good.
Aspectos positivos: It is a great place to explore the old city area. The surrounding living facilities are convenient.
Aspectos negativos: Some bedding items are not clean, and the kitchen seasoning feels like it has expired, so I dare not use it 。The cleanliness level needs to be improved.

Heerlijk centraal gelegen prachtig groot huis.
Aspectos positivos: De ligging van het huis in een gezellige wijk in het centrum, op loopafstand van de Giralda etc. De mooie inrichting , de luxe materialen en het Inventaris. Gratis parkeren om de hoek is heel prettig. Fijn “ thuiskomen “ na een intensieve dag in het prachtige Sevilla.
Aspectos negativos: Het ontbreken van een gebruiksaanwijzing voor airco en keukenapparatuur.

Aspectos positivos: We could not get the access door code or parkade code to work, but only because our telephones were not working so it was a bit challenging for us in 40 degree heat however, that was no fault of the host. We found a local who called the host for us who immediately let us in. The place was wonderful. Very clean. Perfect for our needs.
Aspectos negativos: The location was fabulous however if I had to say anything negative it would be that I wish we were a bit closer to the cathedral.

Great location and comfy beds
Aspectos positivos: This was a great location and very comfortable beds. We had a great time in Sevilla!
Aspectos negativos: There were a crazy amount of instructions and emails to get in. We missed the parking level details in the videos, they were not in the written instructions, and someone was leaving mean notes on the car. We also did not receive towels in each bedroom, and were not provided them despite asking multiple times. The communications were not great, the emails were overwhelming and then we were not getting responses while we were there. Also, there was some broken glass under the table on the upstairs patio when we arrived, we sent a message but it was not cleaned up.
