Aspectos positivos: We really liked the Location! Nice rooms with great black-out blinds, keeping the sun out when needed. Overall a great stay with a nice staff🫶 Great service

Aspectos negativos: Not being able to take out the trash, because the Bins only go out on the Street at certain times and were hard to find. The beds were a bit hard to Sleep on, and only had one big sheet to share, instead of individual sheets.

Loved the location and Seville we will be back :)

Aspectos positivos: Great central place to stay, great roof top pool with views.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately air conditioning in lounge not working for the week. The outside temperature was 37 so not great.

Aspectos negativos: ... the rooftop pool was a little bit dirty - we didn't use it in the end, but not for any particular reason...

Lovely Stay

Aspectos positivos: Stayed here with my family for 5 days. The location of the flat is just perfect. The flat has towels, bath gel/shampoo, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen basics. They also left a jug of water in the fridge which was very thoughtful on our first day. There is a coffee machine and a pack of basics like washing up gel and laundry detergent. Small terrace pool up top for dipping in after a hot day of touring the city. There is a cafe just on the right so was great for morning coffee and breakfast. Taxi’s available just on the corner of the parasol. Everywhere is within walking distance but if you do need taxi’s there are plenty available at all times of the day/night. Communication with the team was great. You can ask anything over WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend, it was such a lovely experience and the city is so family & child friendly!

Aspectos negativos: I received a lot of phishing scams after I booked the apartment so unsure how secure the systems are but obviously don’t provide your personal bank details if asked.

Perfect modern apartment. Perfectly equipped and great location. A must for your stay in Seville.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing location. Modern and stylish with everything you could want. Very accommodating in allowing us to drop bags off early whilst property being cleaned.

Aspectos negativos: Please put a mirror in the bedroom and extra pillows. Bed wasn’t very comfy would be my only negative.

Small but comfortable

Aspectos positivos: Cute, comfortable apartment with nice furnishing and many windows. The roof top terrace with the small pool a nice bonus. Very clean. Very central, just a couple minutes walk to the Parasol. Easy communication with the host. Size good for two people.

Aspectos negativos: The bed was pretty hard. We needed an extra toper to be able to sleep (The host provided us with an extra duvet). No view from the apartment, the opposite building is less than two meters away. Loud at night if windows left open. If you are planing to cook meals make sure you bring your own sharp knife/s and a tea towel (not provided). Also we found there wasn't enough storage for our clothes even though there is room for a shelf unit or a chest of drawers in the bedroom (We booked 9 nights)

Aspectos positivos: Very clean property, easy access, great facilities, fantastic location and very impressive rooftop terrace with all day sun exposure and small pool.

Would Highly Recommend!

Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment! Had all the amenities we needed, and it was stylish and clean. We loved the rooftop pool and terraced area, it had great views and felt private despite being on the roof. Great price, ideal location and good communication with the host. Also the self check-in was a big bonus for us as we arrived later than the suggested check-in time. If we come back to Seville I would love to stay here again!

Aspectos negativos: The only little things we could pick fault with was that there were not enough items such as washing up liquid, toilet roll, and bin bags for the week we were there. However there were shops nearby to purchase these items. We also struggled to find the doorway for the apartment when we arrived in the middle of the night.

Aspectos positivos: - L'emplacement juste à côté de Las Setas, parfait pour rayonner sur tous les spots incontournables. - Rue piétonne, calme pour dormir. - L'appartement est propre, vraiment cosy, très confortable et très bien équipé. Un vrai plaisir. - Facilité d'accès avec digicode. A recommander !

Aspectos positivos: Apparemment très bien situé,vraiment au centre. Très bien équipé .

Aspectos negativos: Seul bémol en faisant le Check out ,il y a pas un endroit où laisser les valises si le vol est tardif dans l’après midi. Globalement s’était parfait.
