Quite a nice place, just a few caveats

Aspectos positivos: This property was a great size, and really well stocked. Very easy to cook in the kitchen, and lots of space to get comfortable. Appreciated the extra books and toys for kids. Great location, a little walk to most touristic sites, but far enough out to feel out of the core travellers. Loved feria market so close by! We felt quite at home here.

Aspectos negativos: Terrace would have been lovely in the hot months, but be aware it doesn't catch any sun despite it's rooftop positioning (at least in winter). I had hoped it might be useable even during our winter stay, but it wasn't possible without the sun. Some real cleanliness issues that were not very nice- things left in the bedsheets & an overflowing with food scraps dishwasher. Though the house warmed up nicely in time, it was freezing when we arrived and for a day or so til it heated up- leaving the heat on even at a low temp before we arrived would have been a nice touch. The company managed cleaning issues quickly, but was not the nicest entry! Keys are grabbed about a 4 mjn walk away- something worth considering when you have a small and grumpy baby after a late night arrival. Otherwise would be just fine for a group of adults.

Wonderful stay

Aspectos positivos: Great penthouse with a wonderful terrace + kitchen + barbecue on the third floor. Great location.

Aspectos negativos: A sunshade is missing to be able to enyoy the terrace before 7 PM :)

Excellent week spent in a spacious comfortable apartment.

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect. Nestled in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars as well as popular landmarks.

Aspectos negativos: The roof top terrace was very inviting with exterior furniture with soft furnishings. Unfortunately we picked a week where the first 3 days were rainy, and so had no time to benefit from it as we were playing catch up with visiting the sites on our list ! Otherwise the standard of the accommodation was superb. The photos do not exaggerate.

Amazing home and host

Aspectos positivos: The place and the host are amazing! The rooms were comfortable, the place is close to the city center, has an excellent terrace, the kitchen is full of utilities. Anything you need - you have it! The host answered and exceeded all my questions and expectations and gave us very good recommendation during our stay - quickly and on time!

Aspectos negativos: Parking is a bit a pain, but there are options nearby which the host gave us

Great apartment in lovely area near the sights

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment in a residential area yet close to all the sights and good neighbourhoods of Seville. And a wonderful roof terrace.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing. All was good.

Great location in the city center and beautiful rooftop

Aspectos positivos: We were a group of 4 friends and absolutely loved the place. There is a huge living room, and the best part was the top floor terrasse that looks over the street and a church. We had great time time there doing a barbecue and relaxing on the outdoor sofas. The place was fully renovated, it's all clean and proper. The flat is fully equipped with everything that was detailed in the description / photos. And the location was perfect as we could walk to many great restaurants and access the different sites we wanted to visit from that point. There are several bus stops in walking distance as well.

Amazing location would highly recommend

Aspectos positivos: Amazing place with amazing location! Beautiful new interiors with a touch of Sevillano charm and very clean! It’s well lit with big windows. There’s a beautiful rooftop with a view and a barbecue. You could walk to almost everywhere in the center of Seville. It’s central but the street is quiet and not at all noisy. We stayed there as a couple but the place has a lot of space for families so we would definitely come back with more people.

Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit sogar 2 Küchen (EG u. Dachterraase), 3 WCs, gut möbliert und sehr zentral gelegen, so dass alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es war alles vohanden, was man benötigt, zudem eine Heizung (Aufenthalt im November) und richtig bezogene Oberbetten (kein Lakengewirr). Die Dachterrasse mit Grill ist in anderen Jahreszeiten bestimmt top. Die Schlüsselabholung aus einem Schließfach mit Code ein paar Straßen weiter war ok.

Aspectos negativos: Eigentlich war alles super. Die kleine enge Strasse ist manchmal etwas laut, aber wenn die Fenster (-läden) zu waren, kein Problem. Wenn tatsächlich 5 Personen dort wohnen knnen, wäre ein Sessel mehr villeicht gut, aber nicht so wichtig. Wir waren zu 2., für uns alles mehr als ausreichend.
