Aspectos positivos: La ubicación perfecta y un lugar con mucho ambiente. El ático con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos comk en tu propia casa. La limpieza perfecta y la atención del anfitrión inmejorable.

Aspectos negativos: El aparcamiento es un problema, pero como en toda Sevilla, aunque tuvimos suerte de encontrar un buen sitio en la calle, lo que resultó muy económico,jeje

Buena calidad precio.

Aspectos positivos: Esta bastante bien situado y limpio, buena terraza.

Aspectos negativos: Quizas el ruido por la noche que se forma en la propia alameda.

Aspectos positivos: El trato del propietario fue excelente, llego muy puntual y el apartamento es perfecto, tiene todas las necesidades , todo muy limpio y tanto el sofa como la cama es comodisimo

The apartment is very spacious, with a large terrace, a big living room, comfortable beds, and everything was clean. The host was very kind. He allowed us to check in much earlier than planned and met us in front of the building to help us find everything easily. The price was also very good for the location and the size of the apartment.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment could use some minor renovation, as it is clear that it has not been updated in a while, and a few small repairs are needed here and there. Also, a few basic complimentary items were missing, such as hand soap in the bathroom. Still, the price was good, so in the end it felt fair for what was offered.

Everything about the staying was great

Aspectos positivos: Clean apartment, has everything you need, from dishes, cutlery, functional washing machine, which we used. The bed is great, the closet has plenty of space to put things. What is especially good is the large terrace where you can enjoy. The location is also a good thing, because the best place to go out in Seville is the street where the apartment is located. Also, we lost our keys and couldn't get into the apartment, so the owners of the apartment brought us a key so we could get inside. They didn't charge us for losing the key, thank you very much.

Aspectos negativos: Vétusté des chaises longues et manque de coussin sur les chaises métalliques

Aspectos positivos: Appartement bien situé, propre, spacieux, belle terrasse, bonne literie. Beaucoup de restaurants et cafés au pied de l'appartement. Quartier très animé, à 20 min à pieds du centre historique. Notre hôte est très réactif, arrangeant et très sympathique.
