Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es una pasada, para desconectar es ideal, nosotros lo hemos utilizado por trabajo y nos ha venido de lujo el jacuzzi, la sauna y la terma. laureen es encantadora y en todo momento nos ha atendido perfectamente. Volveré a alquilarlo seguro

Una casa para crear lindos recuerdos

Aspectos positivos: Pasamos únos dias maravillosos en esta casa, la ubicacion es excepcional, el personal de la villa nos atendió estupendo, las camas cómodas, la limpieza perfecta, y lo mejor es que después de nuestros recorridos por la ciudad tener la oportunidad de disfrutar del SPA sin duda mejoró mucho nuestra experiencia en Sevilla :)

Lovely town centre house for a large group with the benefit of a rooftop pool.

Aspectos positivos: The location of the property is great. Very close to La Alameda. The pool was lovely. Small but ideal for cooling off. The rubber rings were much appreciated too! The outside area was nice for relaxing in. Finding a property with five similar double bedrooms all ensuite is almost impossible, so it’s ideal for a group.

Aspectos negativos: The shared living area is a little small for a large group. When we were there two of the sky lights were covered with cardboard and this made the inside of the house quite dark.

A fantastic stay in Seville with our friends!

Aspectos positivos: Great location, lots of space for a large group, every bedroom has its own shower and toilet, clean throughout, the sauna and steam room were a great bonus! Thierry was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. We had a great time at the house!

Aspectos negativos: The photos of the terrace are dated - the pool now has a small metal set of stairs to get in and out (whereas the photos show wooden style steps and also steps inside the pool). The pool also is enclosed by solid walls and glass at the far end, rather than the see through patterned wall in the photos. The terrace now has a large locked box in the middle which takes up quite a lot of space. The glass floor on the terrace was broken when we stayed and was covered by wood, which also made the inside of the house darker.

This property was a joy to stay in, in the beautiful city of Seville.

Aspectos positivos: The location was amazing! The roof terrace was a great place to hang out. The beds were really comfy. Laureen was super helpful and flexible with the arrangements. The sauna and steam room were also fantastic.

Aspectos negativos: Only a few minor things - air con in one room leaked (but it was 42 degrees!) I cut my finger on the edge of the oven trying to get the freezer open.

Aspectos positivos: •\tThe property is fantastic, with excellent facilities such as a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. \t•\tThe host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. \t•\tEverything about the apartment was great, with a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop pool. \t•\tIt would have been more convenient if there was an elevator, especially for carrying luggage.

Fabulous Seville Getaway!

Aspectos positivos: The house was in a fabulous location in the old town, close to everything! It was perfect for a large group having the entire 3 levels with swimming pool, spa and sauna. Great kitchen with everything needed. We particularly enjoyed having our afternoon drinks/snacks on the rooftop. The house was clean with all necessary amenities and Laureens communication was exceptional. Highly recommended for a fabulous Seville experience!

Aspectos negativos: A little noisy in the front bedrooms with nearby parties & celebrations as the windows are not double glazed.

I would definitely rebook; its location is quiet yet close to all that Seville had to offer.

Aspectos positivos: Very comfortable with plenty of space and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom facilities. Also; we enjoyed the roof top pool; the sauna; the steam room AND the jacuzzi - seldom will you find such well equipped accomodation.

Aspectos negativos: For a 4 night 5 day stay in a top tier house like this; I would expect better quality bath towels and also a change of towels would have been appreciated.
