Cozy and modern- 2Bd 1Bth - Las Setas

Aspectos positivos: El departamento era muy amplio y estaba muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro histórico. Estaba todo limpio y las camas eran cómodas, contaba con calefacción y todos los implementos y electrodomésticos básicos. Se agradece que hayan dejado un set de lavalozas.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, ideal para pasar 5 días en familia.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, excelente. Céntrico, muy accesible y entre dos barrios muy buenos con variedad de opciones gastronómicas. Muy cerca de Las Setas

Buena ubicación y limpio

Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación, muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión y todo muy limpio. Algunos buenos detalles como las cápsulas de café o las cosas para fregar (estropajos, etc.) a estrenar.

Aspectos negativos: Las camas de la habitación pequeña, demasiado pequeñas, aunque se entiende dado el tamaño de la habitación. Calle ruidosa debido al bar que hay cerca y el tráfico constante (pese a que es una calle estrecha y aparentemente peatonal). No obstante, el ruido se oye sobre todo en el salón y hemos podido dormir sin molestias.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicació y la poca decoración, pero agradable que da la sensación de orden y tranquilidad. Cocina, nevera, baño muy bien, la cama doble muy cómoda.

Aspectos negativos: Cortinas, persianas muy incomodas. La puerta del portal muy incómoda. La cama individual, incómoda y ruidosa por el somier. Nos faltaron las zapatillas que se ofrecian

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación y Apartamento muy bien decorado, moderno y equipado, tranquilidad, no ruido ni de otros apartamentos ni de la calle. Muy recomendable

Aspectos negativos: Habitación doble no tiene armario para colgar la ropa y es un poco pequeña

Aspectos positivos: Very comfortable and spacious apartment. We (a family of four) spent eight days and the accommodation met all our expectations. Communication with the owner/agency was via whats app and it is commendable. They answered every question we had right away.

Excellent location, facilities & service.

Aspectos positivos: The managing agent [Minty Stay] was very accommodating flexing the time based on our changed arrival & departure time. Their communication is very responsive. We were met by Alex who handed over the keys & checked that all of the facilities / services were working. The apartment is just as the photos show. Yes, the bathroom & 2nd bedroom is tight, but there is lots of space & storage in bedroom 1 & adequate space in the kitchen & lounge for a family and especially for the time that we spent indoors. The apartment was spotlessly clean & remarkably quiet & in a good location to navigate the whole city. There are lots of local bars & restaurants within a 2 minute walk, a Dio supermarkets has just opened 2 minutes walk away [which served freshly baked bread] and countless within a 10 minute walk. The cathedral is approx 15 minutes, if you don't get distracted by the quaint streets, shops & bars!

Aspectos negativos: We would have liked to have opened the external window blinds, but weren't confident about how they worked, although, I am sure had I asked Minty stay, they would have explained.

Great apartment and location. We had a lovely week in Seville

Aspectos positivos: - Great location - Bedrooms off street so very quiet - Double bedroom generous size and plenty of cupboard space. - Air conditioning very good and very quiet - Adequate shampoo and body wash sachets - Shower good size but overall bathroom quite narrow - Plenty of power points

Aspectos negativos: - As bedrooms opened on to an internal closed courtyard, didn’t feel we could pull back our curtains and we noted no other apartments on this level did either. - The beds in the twin room are very narrow, really only suitable for children. - Having to take rubbish out at nights is fine but on the morning of departure is inconvenient and we feel unacceptable. - There was no washing machine which we had overlooked when we booked this apartment, but a dryer rack was provided. We found a laundry place a 7 minute walk away and the washed clothes did dry relatively quickly. - Insufficient toilet rolls for 6 night stay for three people. Ie 1.5 small rolls.
