Aspectos positivos: Todo. Super cómodo, espacioso, limpio y a un paso del centro del casco histórico de Sevilla

Aspectos negativos: Nada. Solo que en el edificio de al lado estaba en reparación y había muchos golpes

Aspectos positivos: Todo perfecto, bonito, limpio ,buena zona ,volvería sin dudarlo

Aspectos negativos: lo unico malo que tiene mucha escalera y el ascensor que tiene esta roto si no fuera llevado a mi madre no me hubiera importado, pero sin ascesor para personas mayores es complicado moverse por alli,y el ultimo dia no funciono el agua caliente

Aspectos positivos: Great accommodation in the heart of Sevilla. House was very clean, it is perfect for a long stay, host was responsive. We would definitely return once back in the city. All places are reachable by foot from this place, restaurants, supermarkets only couple minutes away, the living room is exceptional, it has various terraces and a kitchen with everything one needs. Great value for money too!

Awesome stay. Sevilla is great and that place is good as a base to experience the city.

Great house with some flaws

Aspectos positivos: Great house, with excellent facilities (if they all work) Perfect for longer stays, great comfort. Excellent location.

Aspectos negativos: Lift is not working...but we knew that from previous reviews. We got a message before we came that dishwasher is not working. When we came we couldn't open the garage door with the remote, so we contacted the landlord and got a link to watch a video on how to manually open the door. And last, the kitchen hood didn't work. All together....too much.... But we would come again as this house is really something great 👍

Great value central old town stay in Sevilla

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic old town location, walkable to all main sights of Seville. Quirky layout but it worked well for us as a family of four with all the different spaces. Roof terrace in the sunshine was a bonus. Comfortable beds, we all slept well. Nespresso coffee machine. Responsive agency via WhatsApp

Aspectos negativos: Kitchen was a bit tired but in reality it had all we needed for a city break. Suggest sourcing a new dishwasher though as it’s held together by zip ties and parts are rusting.

Wonderful stay would highly recommend

Aspectos positivos: The property is 5* very pleased with location, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The communication was very good and everyday during our 5 day stay I received a message asking if everything was ok

Excellent spacious and modern renovated apartment close to the center.

Aspectos positivos: Spacious apartment with everything in it. Huge spaces splinted in 3 levels. Nice location. The design and the renovation was amazing and clever. The furnitures very well fitted. It didn’t feel as a boloday house to rent.

Aspectos negativos: The double bed was too small. Way too smal for the level of the accommodation. There was space in the room for a bigger one. The 3stairs we had to climb every day. There were not few stairs but a lot. The lift didn’t work so you will have to carry your suitcases up and down. It was written in the comments that the lift didn’t work but they don’t say how the apartment is split and that the stairs are a lot
