Aspectos positivos: The welcome gift of snack items, brekkie condiments and a lovely bottle of wine was delightful. Gonzalos was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. The information maps and suggestions for sights appreciated and informative.

A comfortable place in an excellent location.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely welcoming apartment in an excellent location. Ricardo leaves a small tray of condiments plus a bottle of wine in the fridge. Ricardo’s friend, Gonzalo met us at the apartment and gave us a run down of the facilities. We had no Spanish and he had no English but we communicated well using google translate and all was good. An excellent place to stay in Seville.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic apartment. Spacious. Clean. Short walk to the main areas. They provided a nice breakfast spread on our first day.

Aspectos negativos: The shower is just adequate, however, understandable as the apartment is in the Old Town.

A perfect place to stay

Aspectos positivos: The house is located in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the monumental sites of the city. It is well furnished with all the materials that you need on holiday. The kitchen utensils are quite enough to cook comfortably. The beds are comfy as well. The shower works perfectly. The small balcony area is enough for 4 or 5 people to sit together and enjoy. All the machines in the house work greatly. The AC runs smoothly. Most importantly, I got kidney stone issue and got hospitalized and Ricardo and Gonzalo helped me all through the day, providing support and morale to me until I felt better. Gonzalo is a great person (doesn’t matter he doesn’t know English), he helped me so much. You should definitely stay here.

Aspectos positivos: A great apartment that was equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay. The provisions provided on arrival were outstanding.The information and recommendations were excellent. Ricardo and Gonzalo were amazing hosts who went out of their way to ensure a memorable time in Seville.

Comfortable little apartment in central location.

Aspectos positivos: The location was excellent and close to lovely outdoor eateries and bars. Our host gave us some fantastic recommendations. The apartment was so comfortable and spacious. We really appreciated the treats our host left in the fridge for us. Very kind.

A warm welcome and very comfortable stay in a great location

Aspectos positivos: Everything in the apartment was spot on. Every little thing at been thought of and accommodated. The welcome pack of muffins, croissants, pate, butter and condiments, water and wine were outstanding. We were given a warm welcome by a family member and were given tips of locations and places of interest. This is the best home away from home we have had in Eupore.

Excellent apartment in the old town - perfect for couple spending a few day in Seville.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent, quirky little apartment in a quiet pedestrian alleyway towards the north end of the old town. Less than 5 minute away from a lively area wit restaurants, bars and a small supermarket and a 25 minute walk from the main attractions in the city. Comprehensively equipped with all you could want - two ring hob, oven, washing machine, plenty of basics like tea and coffee etc and the hosts even left stuff for breakfast as well as a bottle of wine. Helpful, communicative hosts who met us with keys etc and allowed us to store our bags until apartment was ready. The apartment is naturally cool but the air conditioning is very effective if it gets a bit too warm. There's a small covered patio area - perfect for sitting out in the evening with a glass or two of wine. We really enjoyed this place.
