Ático Exclusivo con terraza en Santa Catalina

Aspectos positivos: La terraza es muy agradable. El salón y una habitación disponen de aire acondicionado que es suficiente para toda el apartamento. La ducha muy amplia y con presión del agua perfecta.

Aspectos negativos: Es un tercero sin ascensor :-(

Aspectos positivos: El piso nos ha encantado, muy cómodo y super bien ubicado. Repetiremos sin duda!!

Aspectos positivos: Todo muy limpio, apartamento bien equipado y nuevo, buena ubicación,.se llega andando a muchos sitios de interés.

Great compact apartment with lovely terrace

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment only 5 min walk from the mushroom ( metropol parasol), the terrace was great, nice to have some outdoor space to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Good communication from the owners, answered any questions quickly.

Aspectos negativos: Only 1 of the bedrooms had aircon. The only thing missing in the kitchen would be a chopping board and bread knife. Well equipped otherwise.

Aspectos positivos: We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The host was very helpful. We had some issues with the door lock, but the host was quickly available via text message to help us. The bathroom has a heater, so it was quite comfortable even though the weather was very cold during our stay.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Sevilla

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean, comfortable, roomy (for two people) and bright. We loved the terrace in the evenings. The small kitchen was well equipped and we managed to cook well a couple of times. The location was very good- just 5 mins walk to The Mushrooms and the Cathedral was only 10mins beyond that. The hop-on/hop-off bus stop nearest to the apartment was 10 mins walk away.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment was on the third floor with no lifts (60 steps) which was tough when you've been sight-seeing all day but it probably did us a lot of good!

Aspectos positivos: We had only an overnight stay but the apartment was perfect for us. It was compact but more than adequate, clean, modern and bright. We were more than satisfied. It is on the third floor however as we only had hand luggage this was not a problem for us. The best part of this accommodation for us was its location. We were one minute walk from a fabulous tapas restaurant (El Rinconcillo) and just a few minutes walk to the beautiful old cobblestone streets of the old town. We parked our car in a nearby (2 minute walk) secure parking station for €25 for 24 hours.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing could have been better for us but please note the stairs for those who may not be in good health or for those with much luggage. For us it was not a problem at all.
