Aspectos positivos: Es un apartamento céntrico, moderno y cómodo. Estaba muy bien equipado. Tiene una buena terraza.
Aspectos negativos: Las puertas de las habitaciones son de corredera sobrepuesta y se traban un poco.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento tiene una localización muy buena, ideal para moverse por la ciudad. Es acogedor, cómodo y estaba muy limpio. La atención por parte de la anfitriona fue muy buena, siempre disponibles y muy amables. Además, tuvieron el gran detalle de permitirnos hacer el check-out un poco más tarde debido a la media maratón, algo que agradecimos muchísimo. Sin duda, repetiríamos.
Aspectos negativos: Para nosotros no fue ningún inconveniente, pero el alojamiento no cuenta con ascensor.

Aspectos positivos: Estaba totalmente reformado y es bastante moderno. Es tal cual las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder estar unos días, y tiene una terraza espectacular (no la pudimos usar porque justo fuimos los días de ola de calor). Tiene aire acondicionado que se agradece, y la habitación que no lo tiene, la lámpara es ventilador (aunque el aire del salón digamos que entra. En definitiva, lo recomiendo!
Aspectos negativos: La única pega que es un tercero sin ascensor, pero por lo demás genial.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación muy buena, apartamento recién reformado con buen gusto. La terraza un plus! Anfitriones muy amables. Muy recomendable. Esperamos poder volver para estar más días!
Aspectos negativos: Para nosotros no es un problema, pero está bien saber que está en un 4º (y ultimo) sin ascensor. Hubiéramos preferido que la cama de la habitación principal fuera de matrimonio, y no 2 dobles juntas.

Aspectos positivos: 10 de 10! El apartamento estaba muy nuevo, cuidado y limpio, con una amplísima terraza donde pudimos disfrutar del buen tiempo. La ubicación también era perfecta, no tuvimos que coger el coche para nada, además de que había un parking muy cerca. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores ya que desde el primer momento nos facilitaron todo tipo de sitios donde comer, visitar, además de que llegamos un poco tarde y no nos pusieron ninguna pega ni recargo. Uno de los mejores apartamentos donde nos hemos hospedado últimamente sin duda. 100% recomendable.

Aspectos positivos: Good location, cozy apartment, cleanliness, all kitchen facilities. This is good place in which I would happily stay again.
Aspectos negativos: I can’t say that I disliked anything, but I would offer a few suggestions to the hosts: 1. Guests will appreciate if you tell them that while opening the door, you need pull it towards you, also if you're inside and are opening the door you must turn the round handle to the left and then open the door with long handle. We spent long time to find these rules ourselves. 2. The large vase with artificial flowers, plus the medium vases with dried flowers, felt a bit too much — I honestly didn’t know where to move them, especially the big one on the table, since the table is something you need to use. 3. Also, the chlorophytum on the balcony is drying out; it’s hanging in a way that doesn’t let it retain water, so it keeps drying. 4. In the bathroom, an additional towel rack would be very useful (you have spare ones in the cabinet, and mounting one on the wall would help). 5. The rug on the floor in the main room is beautiful, but if you stay for several days, it becomes a dust trap. 6. And since there is no elevator, guests with a lot of luggage may find carrying things up and down a bit difficult. Despite these small issues, the apartment is very good, and I would happily stay again.
