Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está bien decorado y resulta muy acogedor. Todo estaba muy limpio y nuevo. Muy bien equipado con secador, menaje de cocina, aire acondicionado, etc.

Aspectos negativos: El ruido del tráfico se escucha demasiado por la noche

Aspectos positivos: I was pleased with the cleanliness, neatness and how everything looks. Check-in was straight forward. Everything was 5 - 10 minutes away so the location is excellent. The host left some chocolate and sample perfumes, which was nice. Wifi works perfectly and the apartment has everything you need.

Aspectos negativos: The price increases slightly once the host/landlord approves your booking. The weird smell from the drainage is there, I guess as with other older buildings in the area. I struggled with the air conditioner, I’m not sure it works. While the location is excellent, there is noise and you will struggle to sleep since the apartment is on the main road and opposite some bars. Lastly, i would have appreciated an iron! :)

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is lovely, comfortable and well decorated. All the necessities for the kitchen are available. The location as to different places to visit is good.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment faces a cerveceria and it is noisy late at night. It is on a busy street so a lot of traffic at sometimes of the day. If you are a very light sleeper your need to consider this. Two flights of stairs to go up in case this is an issue Otherwise a terrific place to stay.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was lovely and modern. The bed was really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The host was welcoming and left us some breakfast stuff and chocolates. Really appreciate it 😊

Aspectos negativos: The noise from the street was very loud

Aspectos positivos: Muito bem localizado, acolhedor e confortável. Muito positivo, porque permite fazer a nossa própria alimentação. Boa limpeza e bem estruturado.

Aspectos negativos: A rua em que está localizado é um pouco barulhenta e necessitava de um melhor isolamento acústico.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr gut gelegene und schöne Wohnung mit großem Bad! Der Straßenlärm ist leider etwas laut zu hören.
